Fenugreek Whole

Kabir Spice Fenugreek Whole has a distinctive earthy aroma with a pleasantly bitter, slightly nutty flavour. The seeds are commonly used in curries, dal, pickles, vegetable dishes, spice blends and tempering.

Lightly toast or fry the seeds in oil at the beginning of cooking to release their aroma. Use sparingly, as the flavour becomes stronger when too much is added.
