Green Cardamom Whole

Kabir Spice Green Cardamom Whole has an intensely aromatic, sweet and slightly citrusy flavour. Its distinctive fragrance makes it ideal for biryani, curries, masala chai, desserts, rice dishes, baked goods and homemade spice blends.

Lightly crush the pods before cooking to release their aroma, or open them and grind the inner seeds. The pods can be added whole but are normally removed before serving.
